I've already said that Russians, unlike Czechs, often drink black tea. Maybe it's because Czechs don't know how to prepare it? I'll teach you. #foodblog #dude

We go to the store. We take 20 tea bags and throw them in the trash. We look for loose tea, preferably from India or Sri Lanka. Important note: not only marketers are assholes. The second well-known type works in restaurants and cafes and serves tea in bags instead of loose.

Pour a teaspoon of tea into a cup. Add 1/3 cup of hot (90 degrees and more) water. Yes, only a third for now. And yes, hot water. If you have green tea, the water on the contrary must be 80-90 degrees max.

Wait 3-5 minutes. Only then add water.
This way you can prepare any black tea. It will taste three times better than if you pour water into the whole cup right away and ten times better than bagged tea, which usually contains only waste.
