For the last four years I lived without dumplings, but then I stumbled upon a Russian cafe on the internet and decided to try it.
The cafe is called "Chutnoff" and is located on the green line, near the NTK library.
We went on the weekend, at first there were no people (which could have been a bad sign), but then they started coming :) I didn't see any Czechs there though, although, jumping ahead, it's quite possible to go.
The menu is small, but all our popular dishes are there - borscht, dumplings, compote. The establishment, if I understood correctly, also specializes in baking, pies and pastries.
We ordered all kinds of things to understand how it is in general.
The borscht was good :) Although I like more sour cream, and in chunks.

Ordered several pieces of pies - quite okay. It's a pity that not all are available.

Took dumplings (for which everything was conceived) and khinkali. There were some problems in the kitchen, so they took quite a while to bring them, although we got talking and didn't notice :) So we wouldn't be offended, they brought us pastries for free (cool, pleasantly surprised). The pastries were very OK.
Dumplings are sold in sets of 10, 15 and 20 pieces. I took 20, but 10 would have been enough to fill up.

Dumplings - quite OK, it's a pity there was little broth.
But the khinkali were not so good - there was no juice inside at all, little filling, and too much dough. Get the dumplings, in short.
There wasn't much to choose from drinks, I ordered compote, my friend beer. The compote was good, the beer - Sviyany, nothing special. It's a pity there was no kvass, that would have been totally right :)
The compote was poured to the brim ;)

In short, the establishment is quite good. At lunchtime for a little more than 100 crowns they offer a first course, second course and a drink, excellent by Prague standards.
You can definitely drop in again, just don't get the khinkali and beer. I especially recommend the baking - pies and pastries are generally not bad at all. They also have delivery, but it's expensive to my place (99 crowns just for delivery itself), so I can't say anything.
Hello from 2021!
They seem to still be alive, and everyone loves their meat pies.
