Brandys nad Labem is part of a twin town, the full name of which is "Brandys nad Labem Stara Boleslav"
We somehow didn't make it to Stara Boleslav, just touched it a bit
Brandys is part of my trips to towns near Prague, to figure out where to buy an apartment
Despite the shit on the wall, Brandys consistently ranks well in Czech town tops, mainly because of location
Memories of the town are good
First, it was quite clean there
Though a bit old
The second plus was that there were people on the streets, which is a rare sight for a Czech town
You were even there
The old town is nice as always
There's some castle too
The town's condition, in short, is good
The bridge across the river leads to Stara Boleslav, which we didn't go to
But we drove through it by car - seems like it's poorer there and mainly just residential buildings
In short, a solid little town near Prague, where there's absolutely nothing to do, even though condition-wise it's better than the rest
