A few days ago I did a small experiment. I launched an advertising campaign on Facebook. I chose the "promote post" type, set age, gender etc and waited a week.
What did I expect? I wanted to find out if Czechs are even on FB and if it's worth buying native advertising.
I chose good timing. Elections. Allegedly Kremlin bots were fighting against truth, love and decency. So I decided to ask people for a small comment. The post looked like this:

Nothing special, right? I didn't even try too hard to come up with something extra, I just asked what people would say about their country.
Campaign settings? Everyone who speaks Czech, 17-32 years old and likes something related to entertainment.

How did it turn out?

And all this cost me 250 crowns. In my opinion - great. And here are the comments with the most likes:
Drahoš to the castle. Zeman out of the castle.
Tom K.
Don't be like Zeman.
Lukáš K.
Drahoš in the trash.
As you can see, the elections had a certain impact :) So at the end I banned people interested in politics and it turned out something like this (much better, lol):
We're screwed
Pavel V.
Socks in sandals
Natálie P.
Golden Czech hands!
And the last ones really amused me :D
What can you take away from this? Facebook advertising in CR works normally. For a few crowns you can find a lot of people and it looks like they are quite active. Maybe I'll try it again sometime.

Damn, I guess I have talent.
Isn't anyone looking for a master of Czech PPC advertising?
