June 2017 turned out rich in travels for me. At the very beginning of the month I went to Bratislava, and then to Budapest, for a Green Day concert. In Budapest I tried Airbnb for the first time and will describe my experience.
Budapest is extremely good because any street, any house can be found in a matter of seconds. The city has an excellent house number navigation system, much better than Prague or Moscow, so from the station I reached the right house on foot in 15 minutes. I'll tell more about navigation in Budapest later.

I was a bit worried that Airbnb is not a serious thing. After all, all I did was correspond with the owner, and we agreed to meet at the front door. That's all.
At the appointed time there was no one :) But after 5 minutes the landlady came out of the house, let us in, gave us keys, showed what's what. Interesting house, never seen such layout anywhere.
The house layout is similar to St. Petersburg wells. 2 floors, courtyard inside. Everyone's doors are wooden, with glass (i.e. theoretically everything is visible in the evening). Instead of a second door - a metal grate. What's interesting, everyone's doors are constantly open, apparently neighbors have known and trusted each other for a long time.
This is approximately how it all looks (panorama, click)

The house itself, like many in Budapest - old, slowly falling apart, but the charm remained.

Someone interesting lives in the house :)

That's all, I'll write about Budapest in general sometime, the city, in my opinion, is no worse than Prague (and in some ways even better!)
By the way, the apartment cost me 2000 crowns (about 5 thousand rubles, 75 euros) for two for 3 days. The other day I spent 600 crowns for one in a crappy small hostel in Bratislava. Draw conclusions :)
