Once upon a time in distant 2016 I got the genius idea to visit 2 towns in one day.
Back then in the morning we were in the town Slany, then from there by bus closer to evening we got to Kladno
First impression of Kladno - "what the fuck?"
Walking around for 15 minutes I realized the scenery wasn't changing
So we went home, having seen only one interesting thing - a cosmic lamp near the shopping center
April 2017
I returned here in 2017 as part of my famous program "looking for an apartment near Prague"
This time we came by car, and it immediately became clear that Kladno in half a year hadn't stopped being an asshole
Kladno tries so hard to be bad that it closes off anything even close to good from your eyes
In Kladno for the first time in a long while I felt at home

Somewhere somehow the beauty of a Czech town center snuck in, but it was very hard to notice
The town is known for its bear enclosure
Park's not bad, but very empty
The bear looked unhappy
If you walk long enough to the very center, you can find something adequate

First time tried a lemon squeezer device
But in reality Kladno is like this. "Everything for 13 crowns" on the left (0.5 euros)
Still to the end of 2021 I consider Kladno the worst town I've seen in Czechia
In my understanding Kladno is known for only one thing - they sell very many apartments here, and compared to other towns near Prague they're a bit cheaper. A relatively similar situation is only in Pribram, a town I consider second worst from towns of the Central Bohemian region near Prague.
Oh yeah, traditionally there are many gypsies here and generally poor people, but despite all this apartment prices are inflated so much you can lose your fucking mind. Kladno is worth visiting to understand the arguments of Russian idiots who say "yeah you don't need Prague, I live in Kladno \ Rakovnik \ Teplice \ Pribram \ Mnichovo Hradiste and I'm fucking great, don't listen to this idiot".
It's not fucking great there, these are towns for showing off on Russian forums, not for living.
