Sedlcany like Slany are a city with interesting location - you can only get there by train with a transfer in Benesov, from Prague I got there in 1:20
Moreover by bus it also takes as long, so in the city without a car it's impossible if you're connected to Prague.
With all this the city is located quite close to Prague. Conclusions are the same - due to poor transport accessibility, the city in general is poorer than neighbors.
Finally found good exchange rates

When you forgot the comma
We were walking to nature, and three steps from the center the city looks like this:
In nature found remains of a mill (very many people came there to look, I don't know why). Google the town "Prichovy"
Further we walked to the town Chlum
Where adventures began:
1) in the town they closed one of two bridges. Pedestrian maps of such small towns are terrible, so we spent about 30 minutes looking for how to cross a stream a meter wide.
2) bridge was found, we lost some time and went into the forest later than planned
3) in the forest there were a bunch of improvised bridges from logs, they wobbled, I didn't trust them
4) already at the exit from the forest right before the last decent hill I heard rustling in the bushes. Seems like, a fox. It was getting dark, had to push harder up the hill, I got tired
Overall conclusion about Sedlcany - not worthy even once
