Miracle of birth (not mine)

Everyone who came to Czech Republic was surprised that they met hedgehogs, hares and other wildlife on the streets (and not just the usual bears).

Well, I'm even luckier - for the second year in a row fat pigeons are nesting right under my window.

Scientifically fat pigeons (lat. columbus adiposus) are called wood pigeon. I've been acquainted with them since my very first year in Poděbrady, when every morning at 6 am I heard UEHHHHHHH URRRRRR UUUUUUU.

This time I got quieter neighbors.

The guys found a nest, flew around, then an egg appeared, which this chicken sat on, getting up and flying away only when I pulled out clothes to dry.

And today a miracle happened - we became a dad.

Then in about a week the chicks will look approximately like this:

Well, and the most interesting thing is when in another couple of days they'll be allowed to fly around the nest alone. Cool that one of these pigeons is cowardly, and the other - shows off and flies endlessly. Apparently a careerist.

On this I'll finish the minute of entertaining ornithology. Well, and you'll know that in Prague you can not only drink cheap beer, but also become a bit closer to nature.
