When Do Czechs Drink Beer, When Cola, and When Tea?

An interesting observation about the difference in culture of consuming different drinks in the Czech Republic and Russia.

Let's take 4 examples - cola, beer, tea and mineral water.

I personally drank cola on New Year's, beer - with friends, and tea - always: morning, afternoon, and evening about 10 cups. Mineral water - rarely, just when I saw it in a store and suddenly wanted it.

And do you know when Czechs drink these 3 drinks?

They drink cola when their stomach hurts.

Tea - when their throat hurts.

Mineral water - before sports activities (Czechs are big fans of marathons, mountain climbing).

Beer - always :) Czech culture revolves around beer, they drink it both at parties, and at lunch, and under any circumstances. Czech beer is very different from Russian analogues, you don't get very drunk from it, so at lunch many get a small (0.3) glass.

By the way, Czechs aren't afraid to drink beer before driving a car - we measured at work, 2 hours after beer at lunch the alcohol level in a Czech's blood dropped to almost 0 :)

And yes, you can't get normal tea in the store :(
99% of offerings are dust from teabags, so if you don't want to retrain - bring tea from home or order on AliExpress.
