How Czechs have fun at corporate events - sports

This weekend I was at a corporate event again.

The first day we spent in nature.

On the second day our company decided to rent a gym, and we played games unheard of for a Russian person, which I'll tell you about today.

So, first we played football. Nothing special happened there - football is football.

But then it began.

We divided into three teams of five people. And started throwing at each other, with what do you think - frisbee discs.

Basically. Czechs are fierce athletes, sport in the life of every Czech takes about 3 times more time than my acquaintances. Well, and accordingly, Czechs have a pull towards everything exotic in terms of sports (exotic for me).

Here I see every evening in the metro schoolchildren with sticks for floorball or lacrosse.

Well, so we decided to play frisbee. It's played 5 on 5, and the point of the game is like in rugby - catch the disc in the opponent's zone.

If you have the disc, you can't move - only throw. If the disc fell on the floor, the other team attacks.

Basically fun.

The second interesting game was something called "Omnikin". Played by three or more teams of 4 people, with a ball one meter in diameter.

3 team members hold the ball, the fourth must throw it up.

Before the throw you need to say which of the opponent teams should catch the ball. If caught in the air - the named team gets a point. If it fell - the named team plays, but doesn't get a point.

Anyway, I'm tired from such corporate events. Here's a photo from team building, here's how strong and beautiful we are.

Thanks for the photos to my personal photographer Anastasia, who also works with me and sits in the lower right corner.
