End of academic year, transition to 2nd year

Today I'll tell about, perhaps, the most pleasant thing during university studies - passed exams and transition to 2nd year

What's needed to transition to 2nd year?

To transition to the next year of study, a master's student needs to earn 30 credits. 30 is, of course, very little, on average, a student earns about 60. I've already earned 50, need to pass a couple more exams in September.

You need to watch progress and number of earned credits in the system.
It's worth getting used to the fact that after passing an exam the main thing is to make the teacher put the grade in this system. It often happens that teachers put grades in grade books, but forget about the system.

How to transfer to 2nd year?

As soon as a student earns the cherished number of credits, they have the right to begin the process of transferring to the next year.

Detailed instructions can be read here.
Everything should be done through the information system.

First you need to perform "control" in the system (the system should see that there are enough credits). I did this quite long ago, when only 43 credits were earned, so don't be surprised, but even this was enough.

If everything worked out, you need to press the "podat žádost" button. Thus, you give your results to your study department officer for processing.
In a couple of days you get a positive response (need to check in the system).

Next we need to print and take with us "evidenční list". This is a sheet with information about you (address, phone, etc.). Take, as always - from the system.
As soon as the response is received and the sheet is printed - you can go to the study officer, get a certificate that you're studying in 2nd year. With this certificate you then need to go to police to extend your visa. Everything is very simple.

Also don't forget to get the faculty coupon for extending ISIC!

Such beauty!
