Did you know that in many European countries and beyond you can participate in lotteries for free? Let me tell you.
So. With every purchase they should give you a receipt. But many don't give these receipts. Some forget, some do it on purpose to avoid taxes.
What should the government do to make you as a buyer always demand a receipt?
The answer to this question was found in Taiwan in the 1950s.
Each receipt became a lottery ticket. To participate, you just needed to register the receipt in the system. That same year tax turnover became 75% higher.

In Czech Republic they recently launched this lottery too. To participate, just download the app, photograph a couple of lines on the receipt, enter a couple of details manually and wait for the draw.
