April 2019
This trip took place as part of my first birthday "eurotour", during which I visited:
Helsinki - Tallinn - Tartu - Riga - Jurmala - Vilnius - Warsaw
First thing you need to know: back then I thought the best way to tell about travels is video. That's not true, but you can watch the video here:
Warsaw was the last city from the trip. There weren't really any expectations: I'd been to Poland, it's good there. I thought it would be like Krakow second, was wrong
First thing we saw in Warsaw - McDonald's wasn't working because they brought new buns. Never saw how the most central McDonald's so openly replenished supplies

Warsaw, overall, was sleeping. Lots of people, few tourists.
Impressions:
- clean
- lots of cyclists and dudes on scooters (in 2019 this wasn't such cringe)
- Poles are generally normal
- old town restored with quality
- Warsaw is as much a shitty city for a tourist as it is decent for living

The only thing that worsened the impression was the station from which we were leaving for Prague. Puked on, stinks, scary, compatriots look at you like you're fucked
Right at this bus station was discovered the main fucking mess I've seen in my life:

The trip ended with Flixbus company. The most broken-down shit in the history of Europe arrived. We bought seats at the table for extra money.
There was less space than at the free ones.
On top of that next to us always sat some bums who were drinking vodka and puking. This is the one, Europe, from capital to capital.
Learn from my mistakes: the very last day should always be the coolest. In our case it didn't turn out that way, shame. Warsaw is a cool city, but not for the regular tourist
